Functionally lead,

manage and co-ordinate all activities associated with the timely and safe manufacture and supply of all product in the Bread Department.Actively support and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Production of all Bread and interacts with all other departments and functions across the site and region.Positively manage change and fosters an environment where change is embraced.eeks improvement opportunities and challenges the status quo.Lead, coach and develop team capability and promote high performance culture.Lead the recruitment and selection of team members and be an outstanding developer of talent.Undertake performance management activities including conducting disciplinary investigations, records of interviews and formal disciplinary matters.Coach others in their safety behaviours and leadership Carry out end to end safety incident investigations Ensure food safety, legality and quality requirements are adhered to within their scope of responsibility.his will include the reporting of food safety incidents and adherence to requirements to ensure the integrity of the product is maintained.Support with quality related audits of the facility.Recommend and implement process and cost improvements where identified.bout You Relevant experience managing Manufacturing activities in FMCG environment.Exposure to previous leadership experience.his could be 2IC experience Strong understanding of GMP principles.Strong inter-personal skills and commercial acumen.Strong experience of driving high safety culture and applying Safe work policies.Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements.Ability to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues.Passionate about leading others, coaching, and mentoring.Adaptable and flexible.Extensive experience with SAP, excel and other MS Office suite programs.pply NowTo apply for this opportunity please submit your application by clicking on the ?apply now' button or please feel free to Findlay on 034 234 for a confidential discussion.plicants for this position be required to undertake pre-employment screening tests.uring the recruitment process you be required to complete Security Assessment Forms that allow consent for GWF to perform a medical test and background check which also include a criminal record check.
