- Salary: $76,561 to $80,256 – ASO4 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 9 Months
Overview:
- The Executive Coordinator is responsible for the provision of a comprehensive range of professional and confidential executive assistant support to the Executive Director including diary management, meeting coordination, information management and coordination, project work and business support.
- The Executive Coordinator also provides a range of support to other Division staff, including the preparation of correspondence and briefings, organises travel and office consumables, processes and reconciles invoices and credit cards, assists with workflow on Objective and IT solutions.
- The Executive Coordinator administers, coordinates and monitors vacancy requirements.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
- A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
