Title: Property Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $92604.95 to $107622.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Property Commercial and Tourist Assets team are a dynamic area of Council that manage a range of properties including large tourist destinations, along with commercial, residential and community properties.

Our Opportunity
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Administration of a property portfolio including leasing and licencing, lease administration, rent reviews and property management.
- Management of associated property related projects including public notification and report writing.
- Provision of a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Attending to any other lease and property matters with a focus on maximising returns and minimising risk in line with Council’s objectives and policies.
About You
We’re looking for a self-motivated and engaging property professional to join our Property Commercial and Tourist Assets Team. You’ll bring a can-do attitude and a strong customer service ethos to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
