The Opportunity

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Street Sweeper Operator to join our Industrial Services team based out of Cambridge depot.
Working in a close-knit, motivated team, on a day to day basis you will be responsible for the operation of a Street Sweeper truck across the Hobart area. There is also the opportunity to be trained up on other equipment including high pressure water jetting, drain cleaning and vacuum loading.

What you'll be responsible for

- Safe operation of a Street Sweeper Medium Rigid truck.
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Drive Veolia's 'Always Safe' Culture
- Provide outstanding customer service

What you'll need to be successful

- MR Licence as a minimum
- Previous street sweeper experience is highly regarded.
- A safe driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Strong safety focus with a proactive approach to improving safety and risk management
- Motivation to learn and grow within a team environment
- Respectful and a team player
