The Procurement Manager plays a critical role in sourcing and acquiring goods and services, ensuring that all procurement activities meet the highest standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness. This role is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with operational needs,
supplier performance management, and driving cost efficiencies across the business.
This is an exciting time to join our team! We are gearing up for the launch of a major Tier 1 contract in late 2025, a game-changing opportunity to redefine our procurement strategy and supply chain operations.
What you will be doing…
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and plans that align with company objectives.
- Managing supplier selection, contracting, and performance to ensure supply chain resilience while mitigating operational and financial risks.
- Conducting ongoing market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers that meet service standards.
- Establishing a strategic sourcing methodology and forward-planning approach to meet present and future business needs.
- Tracking key internal and external functional metrics to monitor procurement performance and identify risks or issues early.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast operational needs and specifications.
- Managing the procurement budget and preparing actionable cost analyses and reports.
- Controlling spend and fostering a culture of total lifecycle savings on procurement costs.
- Staying up to date with industry market trends and developments.
- Leading and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Do you have…
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Experience managing procurement budgets and cost control measures.
- The ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills to track procurement performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in managing large-scale contracts and supplier relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
