About the Organisation
We’re seeking a dedicated Centre Director/Centre Manager to lead a newly built, well-resourced early learning centre. Your leadership will be genuinely valued and fully supported. This is your chance to thrive in a collaborative environment, surrounded by the right people and tools to succeed.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to lead confidently, supported by a highly experienced,
UPBEAT and collaborative Area Manager who offers guidance without micromanagement and believes that having fun is part of the job! You'll also receive daily support from a full-time off-the-floor Assistant Director, who shares operational responsibilities, and a dedicated Educational Leader focused on programming and curriculum—allowing you to focus on leading and inspiring.

Management Responsibilities
- Mentoring and team management in early childhood
- Understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
- Service compliance knowledge
- Experience in staff rostering
- Experience with Qikkids software or similar
- Performance management skills
- Financial reporting and budgeting experience
- Building positive partnerships with families
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma of Children’s Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised)
- MUST have at least 2-3 years full-time experience as a centre director or higher in a medium-sized service
- Current WWCC or VIT registration
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in staff management
- MUST have full working rights in Australia
