We’re looking for an experienced Credit and Policy Analyst to help shape credit strategy and drive commercial success in our Business Banking team.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute credit strategies to optimise risk reward trade-offs.




- Support portfolio growth, and improved ROE through policy and settings enhancements and portfolio quality improvements
- Deliver insights through reporting and performance analysis and monitoring
- Improve customer experience through credit process innovation

What You’ll Bring:

- 8+ years in Financial Services with lending expertise.
- A proven background in lending products and credit risk or credit operations .
- Strong analytical, research, and credit risk skills.
- Advanced Excel and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Deep knowledge of Commercial Lending (CRE & SME).
