Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect – Healthcare Cloud Modernisation

Location: Melbourne | Hybrid | Permanent or Contract





saas nine is proud to partner with a leading healthcare and aged care organisation in Melbourne as they embark on an ambitious cloud modernisation program. As part of this transformation, we seek an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern business applications across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

About the program

This strategic initiative is modernising core business and clinical functions through the adoption of:

- Case Management
- Professional Services Automation (PSA/PSO)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Copilot and Generative AI tools

The Solutions Architect will be pivotal in shaping the solution landscape, engaging with business leaders, vendors, and delivery teams to align technology outcomes with patient and organisational impact.

Role overview

As a Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect , you will:

- Lead the end-to-end architecture design across D365 modules and Power Platform.
- Translate healthcare and aged care business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide oversight across solution design, integrations,



and security.
- Guide the adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, SMEs, Microsoft partners, and technical teams.
- Support governance, roadmaps, and implementation best practices aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect across Sales, Marketing, or Case Management modules.
- Strong hands-on capability with Power Platform and understanding of low-code architecture principles.
- Experience designing solutions in healthcare, aged care, NFP , or government sectors (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with Co-pilot , AI-driven CRM/ERP enhancements , or Azure AI is advantageous.




- Strong interpersonal skills to engage both business and technical audiences.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a bonus.
