668 Care is seeking a motivated and community-connected Regional Business Development & Referral Manager to lead our NDIS and Aged Care expansion across Bundaberg, Wide Bay, and surrounding towns.
This role begins as a contractor engagement with a pathway to full-time employment after 3 months, based on performance.
You’ll take ownership of business development,
participant referrals, intake, stakeholder partnerships, and regional brand presence—while earning generous bonuses and commission linked to growth and impact.

Your Core Responsibilities
Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive referrals and regional growth across NDIS and aged care
- Build partnerships with GPs, hospitals, PHNs, CHSP providers, LACs, and community health
- Represent 668 Care at expos, forums, and referral network events
- Identify outreach opportunities in rural and remote towns
Intake & Participant Onboarding
- Manage onboarding for supports including in-home services and support coordination
- Ensure compliance with service agreements and intake documentation
- Collaborate with central intake and clinical teams
- Keep CRM records up-to-date and follow up on leads
Regional Leadership & Growth
- Track referral data, local trends, and service demand
- Support local recruitment and help plan service delivery
- Liaise with head office to report on growth targets and innovation opportunities
About You
You're a driven relationship-builder who knows your region and thrives on genuine community connection.
You may come from:
- NDIS or aged care coordination
- Health promotion or referral management
- Community health, human services, or stakeholder engagement
You bring:
- Strong local networks in Wide Bay–Burnett, Bundaberg, and surrounds
- Understanding of NDIS, My Aged Care, CHSP, or similar support frameworks
- Great communication skills and a community-first mindset
- A valid QLD Driver’s Licence + own vehicle (fuel card provided)
- Willingness to complete NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check
