About the role
Seedlings Early Learning Mt Warren Park is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our passionate team. This full-time role is based in our centre located in Mount Warren Park, QLD 4207. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment that fosters the holistic development of our young learners.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Observing and documenting children's learning and development to inform curriculum planning and individualised support
- Building strong relationships with children, families,
and the broader community to support children's wellbeing and learning
- Collaborating with the centre team to ensure the smooth operation of the service and adherence to all relevant regulations and policies
- Continuously reflecting on and improving your teaching practice to provide the highest quality early childhood education
What we're looking for
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Registered or eligible for registration as an Early Childhood Teacher in Queensland
- Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering engaging, play-based learning programs
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to implement it effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for early childhood education
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
