668 Care is seeking a motivated and community-connected Regional Business Development & Referral Manager to lead our NDIS and Aged Care expansion across Tamworth, New England, Manning (Taree), and Upper Hunter (Singleton–Muswellbrook).
This role begins with a contractor engagement and the opportunity to transition to a full-time leadership role after 3 months,
based on performance and impact.
You'll drive participant referrals, grow partnerships, manage local intake, and build our service footprint—while earning bonuses and commission tied to growth milestones.

Your Core Responsibilities
Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Grow referrals across the NDIS and aged care sectors
- Build and maintain partnerships with GPs, PHNs, hospitals, CHSP, LACs, and service providers
- Represent 668 Care at expos, referral forums, and networking events
- Identify underserved towns and develop targeted outreach
Intake & Participant Onboarding
- Manage onboarding for new clients across community support streams
- Oversee compliant service agreements, documentation, and client records
- Work closely with the central intake and clinical team to ensure seamless onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data and track progress
Regional Leadership & Growth
- Monitor referral patterns, service gaps, and competitor insights
- Support recruitment of local staff and contractors
- Provide insights to head office to guide service planning and expansion
About You
You're a local connector who knows the region, thrives in relationships, and has a passion for helping people access care.
You may come from:
- NDIS, aged care, LAC, or referral coordination
- Community development, allied health, or support services
You bring:
- Deep ties across Tamworth, Taree, Upper Hunter, or New England
- Understanding of NDIS and/or aged care (My Aged Care, CHSP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- QLD or NSW Driver’s Licence + own vehicle (fuel card provided)
- Willingness to complete NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check
