HSEQ Coordinator | Blacktown location + regular site visits across Sydney
$120,000 + Superannuation + Laptop
Full Time: Monday – Friday (Flexible Hours)

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and updating old documents, policies and procedures — and delivering these clearly across departments and teams
- Conducting site inspections across all project sites and the head office
- Educating in-house staff, site teams and contractors on relevant legislation and standards
- Working with the WHSEQ Manager and leadership team on WHS initiatives and delivery plans
- Monitoring compliance across the business, ensuring practical application and continuous improvement
- Supporting WHSEQ requirements across tenders and ongoing project needs
- Driving WHS training and safety initiatives across the company
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS – with 5 + years’ experience
- Experience in building and construction is essential – Civil is a huge bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to build strong relationships across all levels
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Current White Card + Driver’s Licence
- A go-getter — someone who’s genuinely invested in safety, culture and delivery
