Our client, a leading specialist Gold Coast based law firm is seeking a Commercial / Property Lawyer to join their team in a newly created role due to expansion.

We are ideally seeking an experienced Lawyer with at least 3 years PAE to join the team. You will advise upon a full range of commercial or property transactions servicing a diverse clientele.
Transactions and matters would include:
- Corporate advisory and governance
- Transactional M&A;
- Residential and commercial property matters
- Commercial leasing
- Put and Call options
- Property developments
