JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fantastic F&B; team at the Citrique Restaurant on a part time basis.

You’re a food and beverage enthusiast who really enjoys making others feel at home. Critical responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
- Warmly welcome & serve our guests
- Be an expert on the hotel,
know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
- Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
- Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
- Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
- Use of POS system
- Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
- Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling
- Promoting safety and support WHS practices
Successful Candidates will have:
- Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Barista skills advantageous
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
