Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Innovation team
In you new role, you will take on senior leadership responsibilities for driving high-impact change initiatives and leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality business outcomes. At TGE , our Lead Business Analyst roles are critical in shaping the way TGE delivers innovative solutions aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale discovery initiatives that align technology and process solutions with business strategy

- Mentor, guide and uplift a team of Business Analysts

- Facilitate complex workshops to capture and communicate business and technology requirements





- Act as a strategic consultant and advisor to senior stakeholders across the business

- Deliver clear and detailed documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria

- Collaborate across Innovation, Delivery, Architecture, and Vendor teams to drive outcomes

- Cultivate strong relationships with executives, vendors, and delivery partners

- Ensure high-quality business analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

About You:

- Minimum 8 years' experience leading business analysis in large-scale technology or business transformation projects

- Proven experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments

- Strong skills in business process modelling, solution design, and stakeholder management

- Exceptional written and verbal communication and facilitation skills

- Experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts

- Ability to lead concurrent strategic initiatives and BAU activities

- Strong documentation skills including standards for requirements, user stories, and traceability

- Experience engaging with cross-functional delivery teams and third-party vendors





- Familiarity with portfolio and program management concepts

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

- IIBA, CBAP, AAC certification or formal Business Analysis training

- PRINCE2/PMBOK certification or equivalent project delivery methodologies

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline

- Experience across various domains including finance, operations, digital, and mobility
