About the Company
Our client is a family-owned business that has proudly operated for over 15 years. They have number of facilities around the country featuring modern self-serve equipment and is open 7 days a week, with a dedicated service attendant on site to support our customers.
About the Position
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, handle customer enquiries, and ensure smooth running of the car wash. The Car Wash Attendant will liaise regularly with the National Manager.
- Hours: Casual, 4 days per week (8:00 am – 4:30 pm), with occasional weekend rostering as needed.
- Employment Type: Initially casual,
with the opportunity for the right candidate to move into a permanent position.
Key Duties:
Customer Experience: Ensure every customer is satisfied, maintain clean wash and vacuum areas, and assist customers when needed.
Timely Operations: Open and close the car wash on time, following all safety procedures.
Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies as required.
Customer Enquiries: Assist with customer questions, escalating issues to management as needed.
Support Management: Help with planning and scheduling.
Problem Solving: Proactively address issues to prevent disruptions.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to company health and safety protocols.
