About The Role Support the Park Manager in the daily operations of our Holiday Park. Boost your management career and be mentored by the leadership team to progress internally. From assisting housekeeping staff, to creating staff rosters - no two days will be the same! Responsibilities Lead your team to ensure guests enjoy a high standard of service during their stayCreate programmes for Kids ActivitiesAttend to afterhours call outs as requiredCollect outstanding payments from guests and permanent residentsHuman Resource functions including rostering,
performance management and recruitmentAdministration such as budgeting and managing the financial aspects of the Park About You You will have a keen interest in tourism and hospitality and looking to progress in a long-term opportunity. You will also have: Previous experience as a Manager within Hospitality or TourismExcellent administrative and computer skillsExperience in developing team membersExcellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbalUnderstanding of financial controls and practiceAbility to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
