Anzac Pde Physiotherapy is a thriving private practice in Maroubra, committed to improving mobility, balance, and chronic pain management across all age groups. Our services extend to the community through NDIS and Home Care Package programs, with a growing demand for both in-clinic and home visits. We’re now seeking a driven and experienced Operational Manager to help scale and streamline our business operations as we enter our next phase of growth.

Your input will directly impact how we grow, scale services, and deliver innovative care across the Maroubra and greater Eastern Sydney region.
About the Role
This is a hands-on part-time leadership role where you will work closely with the Principal Physiotherapist and admin team. Your role is crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations while laying the foundation for sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient service delivery
- Lead internal process improvements across scheduling, invoicing, and client communications
- Manage compliance with NDIS, HCP, and allied health regulatory requirements
- Coordinate human resource tasks: onboarding, probation reviews, staff performance tracking
- Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. NDIS coordinators,
referrers, suppliers)
- Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs, budgets, and growth metrics
- Support marketing and business development activities (including social media or partnerships)
- Contribute to strategic planning, including potential clinic expansion
About You
- Background in Allied Health or Healthcare Operations highly preferred
- Experience in practice management or health operations (minimum 2 years)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead and work collaboratively
- Familiar with clinic software and systems (e.g. Cliniko, Nookal, Halaxy – or willing to learn)
- Understanding of NDIS and aged care compliance is highly advantageous
- Degree in business, health administration, physiotherapy or related field desirable
