Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development and brand strategy efforts.
About the Role
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating our overall sales and marketing activities. Your key focus will be on identifying business opportunities,
strengthening our market presence, and driving sustained revenue growth across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and direct sales and marketing strategies for fencing solutions across residential and commercial sectors.
- Develop and implement business development plans to expand market share and build client portfolios (builders, developers, real estate, government contracts, etc.).
- Manage branding and promotional campaigns, including digital platforms (SEO, social media, website, email marketing) to enhance visibility.
- Lead, mentor and manage the sales and marketing team, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
- Identify and develop new product and service offerings in line with market demand and innovation in fencing materials and designs.
- Establish pricing strategies and customer service policies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Analyse sales data, customer trends, and marketing metrics to refine strategies and report performance to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events,
trade shows and client meetings to build and maintain relationships.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager role, preferably in construction, fencing, landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales and experience working with builders, developers, and commercial clients.
- Excellent understanding of marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop business strategies, pricing models, and marketing plans.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
