Life Cycle Urns Pty Ltd - Wholesale Funeral Products Australia is a fast growing, quality Australian business.

Supplying premium urns and jewellery to the funeral industry and direct to the public. We run a busy warehouse, operating through our eCommerce platforms and sales office.

We are a small group of skilled and talented people looking to add an enthusiastic multitasker to our team. Covering the areas of Administration, Customer Service and Sales Operations, the onsite role requires you to be able to think on your feet, be a great problem solver, have a natural ability to build great rapport with customers and service providers alike.

Tasks covered in this role:

- Management of phone and email customer enquiries

- Processing online, phone and email orders for both retail and wholesale clients using Maropost/Neto eCommerce platforms

- Customer management

- General administrative duties

- Accounts receivable and reconciliation work using Xero

- Liaising and point of contact with logistic partners

- Responsibility for the returns/refunds process

- Assistance with daily pick/packing as required

- Assisting with warehouse co-ordination

- Assistance with stocktake and inventory management

- Assisting in warehouse receivals which includes product QA and lifting cartons up to 20kgs

- Manage calendar tasks and keep on top of daily/weekly/monthly priorities across warehousing and sales

- Proficient in English

- Be able to give and receive constructive feedback

- Customer service experience

- Thrive from excellent communication, be it verbal or written

- Be a reliable, responsible and hardworking team player

- Have a roll up your sleeves ‘can-do’ attitude

The cherry on top:

- Previous experience with eCommerce platforms

- Knowledge of Xero

- An understanding of warehouse processes and systems

We are looking for ‘the right fit’ to work with and contribute to our team so we are happy to be flexible with Fulltime or Part time position in order to find our hidden gem!

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year


- 8 hour shift
