About the Role

This position is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality customer service and marketing of activities for the Community Care team, with a Person-Centered Approach. Focusing on efficient and effective intake and engagement of prospective participants,

the role will lead to sustainable growth and retention across the service. We are looking to commence the role in January 2022.

On a daily basis you will

- Be the first point of contact and information for new enquiries, taking phone enquiries and working through the Commonwealth portals, making referrals as required.

- Be responsible for the initial on boarding of new participants, setting up databases, workflows and sending required organisational information.

- Meet with and build external relationships and partnerships with key organisations and individuals to deliver organisational and financial growth and maintain high-quality in-service delivery.

About the Person

The successful candidate should have previous experience working with people from a diverse background, proven results in achieving financial growth, and experience developing and applying innovative and flexible engagement and marketing methods. The successful candidate should also have a current NSW driver's license.

It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have experience with Federal Government funded Community Services programs and a Certificate 4 or equivalent in marketing/promotions or equivalent.

We are offering an attractive salary from $64,395.34 p.a. plus Superannuation. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.

This position requires the preferred candidate to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical Check, which also includes a Drug and Alcohol test.
