We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Report to and work very closely with the Managing Director in segmenting the sales channel across Strategic Accounts, Enterprise Accounts and Midmarket accounts. This role also oversees the business development representatives that help feed the funnel for the various market segments.
Hiring great talent! We are looking for a talent magnet who can lead and inspire a group of approximately 10 individual contributors. At the current rate of growth we expect that the successful candidate will soon have to lead leaders so we're looking for people who can scale their talents.
Work with the team to determine strategies to effectively take the Talkwalker platform to commercial and public sector organisations across the Australian market
Represent the company in various conferences, trade shows, and networking events to attract and grow clients.
Establish performance goals for each employee and then help coach our teams to achieve these goals.
Participate in our overall sales and marketing strategy by driving performance and reporting results back to the wider organisation.
10 years of quota-carrying experience in a technology solution-selling environment, preferably in the media monitoring industry, SaaS industry, or in a major digital/communication/PR agency
7+ years managing an Enterprise sales team
You have experience in selling SaaS Analytics or PR Communications SaaS solutions
Proven track record of revenue growth, target attainment, and developing teams
