We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Be owning 2 to 3 global initiatives individually or in teams, with an average life cycle spanning 12 to 18 months

Work with cross functional teams based in multiple geographies not only to ideate but also to partner in building solutions which are scalable

Have the ability to build and execute research work, analyse data to summarise meaningful recommendations best suited for Atlassian are a big part of my role expectation

Work across different timezones based on the need to connect with my team or stakeholders. Your success lies in my ability to influence without authority, manage conflicts and drive consensus while leading complex projects

Be the primary point of contact for leadership teams and strategic direction of the program.

Accountable for tracking the FY22 and beyond strategy roadmap for the program including resource planning, milestones tracking and any regular reporting

Own,direct, and drive timely and effective communications, especially in regards to setting up new processes and other change management activities for the program. This includes audiences from within the Talent Acquisition function and across various business teams where the program is live

Evaluate the program strategy and insights in regards to implementation/execution/adoption across the company where program is live. Aid in ensuring ownership/ accountability, timely decision making, data clarity and related items to ensure program velocity is high

Investigate trends and innovations; use the knowledge to advise how we can improve our program

Ensure a diversity, equity and inclusion lens is coordinated into all our processes and programs

Strategic in approach:

understands and addresses inter-dependencies and real issues

Clear definition of requirements - Ability to articulate Whats is not happening Vs What should be happening (Ideal State)

Experience managing to deliverables and milestones:

on time/within budget/meeting business needs

Proven experience with projects which are global and complex in nature

Organised and efficient in work processes
