Manage the SLA and KPI targets and drive continuous improvement with the team
Manage timely reporting and drive Weekly/Monthly service reports with customer stakeholders
Ability to drive Service improvement plans and delivery excellence
Strong experience in managing AD/AMS engagements ensuring Delivery Effectiveness & Excellence
Experience in managing projects using Agile/Devops methodologies.
Strong Project Planning and execution skills.
Strong experience in Managing tickets cycle with ITIL practices.
Self-driven and excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong people management skills and manage team effectively
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish strong working relationships at appropriate levels of authority
