Our client is a well known and respected brand globally with products in home appliances, mobile devices, displays and airconditioning. Given the premium status of their products on the market, there is even more premium aspect to the customer experience they offer.

For some time, our client has had a major focus on this Enterprise customers and has dedicated resources to ensure we deliver the customer experience as per the client's expectations.

The role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist whose main function will be to assess the performance and assist our service centres in any way possible. The product you will be looking after are displays ranging from small monitors to large format displays.

The preferred candidate we are looking for is someone who has work with LED signage or Commercial Display products and field Installation experienced. You will manage escalations, provide training, assist with technical problems and help us provide our customers with the best service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide and escalation management plan to assist in technical resolutions.

- Create project plans and manage the roll out and delivery of plans to service centres.

- Deliver accredited service centre training.

- Provide analysis and take ownership of your daily assigned technical issues.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation which show processes and steps taken for future reference.

- Recommend changes in products or process for business efficiency or market suitability.

- Meet technical KPIs which increase customer satisfaction.

About You:

- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field would be desirable.

- 3-5 years of experience in the IT service industry, experience in experience in LED and Install would be favourably considered.

- Excellent communication skills are required.

- Ability to build relationships with different teams, both internal and external.

- Must be motivated and able to work both autonomously and in a team.
