Our client:



people2people have partnered with a growing NFP that focus on community health and wellbeing by providing specialised services to assist in several areas. Based on their progressive approach and changes that are taking place within the business – they are growing and are needing assistance for their QLD & NSW external stakeholders.



The opportunity:



Reporting directly to the General Manager – you will be working within a high-volume operational environment where you will be managing, supporting and coaching an established team of effective operators.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, service volumes, development training plans, performance, quality and driving effective service with every connect call.



Selection criteria:



- Relevant tertiary qualification coupled with leadership experience gained in a high-volume call center environment

- Proven experience gained in either disability, not for profit, retail or cluster environments preferred

- Demonstrated performance history in managing, coaching and mentoring teams to deliver and achieve results

- High level of communication (both verbal and written) / interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing budgets and developing strategies for service delivery and improvements

- Able to work 12h00 to 20h00 Monday to Friday

- Valid Drivers License, right to work within Australia with a satisfactory national police clearance records check
