Our client Samsung Electronics Australia is a globally well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their B2B Enterprise within the Mobile Product Division, we have now an opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and driven B2B Distribution Manager to join their team.

As a B2B Distribution Manager, you will be aligned with the company's Enterprise objectives, and you will be responsible to grow the B2B channel. The Distribution Manager leverages the B2B Sales Teams to work collaboratively with our assigned IT based National Partners (Distributors) and their respective Resellers to accelerate and drive the sales process.

This is a business-critical position in developing new and existing Partners who have the capability and capacity to grow the B2B business in Australia from a Sell-In revenue perspective.

The responsibilities for this role include:

- Achieving monthly individual (sell-in) targets for Product Portfolio

- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of business opportunities to achieve Management Plan

- Forecasting method to provide visibility of future sales (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) sell-in revenue

- Tracking the current performance against agreed target and determine ways to increase sales

- Creating and maintaining industry Go-to-Market plans for assigned partners

- Engaging and leading internal resources to support training and marketing plans

- Acting as single owner across all aspects of the partnership including maintaining a solid understanding of the partner’s status

An ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications preferred

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience is required, preferable in the IT space

- Proven Track record in selling to the Partner/Distributor/Reseller channels

- Proven ability to close complex transactions and to build/execute on account plans

- Affiliation with the Tech marketplace in Australia an advantage

- Ability to form, maintain and optimise relationships from C-level down with all partners and resellers.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills is a must

- Proactive, Passionate, creative, and hungry to achieve sales targets
