Right now, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Coordinator to join our Residential Team at The Pines Lodge located in North Plympton.



About the role



As a Quality Coordinator you'll play a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating best practice, as well as promoting health systems and processes organisation-wide.





The Quality Coordinator will be accountable for efficiently and effectively assisting the Residential Services Manager in ensuring that practices are in line with Southern Cross Care standards and expectations in relation to person centred care and best practice.



You will provide assistance with the planning, monitoring and managing of the residential accreditation process. Along with supporting services to maintain continued compliance by ensuring completion of relevant audits, analysis and reports.



You will assist in the coordination of corporate verification audits and monitor work quality to ensure materials and documents meet relevant quality standards including content, formatting, file references and address details and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.



Providing administrative support for meetings and minutes as required, and coordinate the follow-up of action items generated from meetings and other related forums.



Coordinate the collation of data to measure the impact / implementation of the Southern Cross Care Service Delivery Model.

About you



As an experienced Registered Nurse, you'll be a clear communicator, be team orientated and proficient in MS Office suite software. A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards are applicable to the role.



Relevant discipline in a Bachelor degree or higher and a current AHPRA registration.
