Due to an influx of recruitment, this not for profit organisation is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to assist for the next 8 weeks with potential for extension. You will have full administrative support in this role to assist with references, scheduling interviews, contract generation and background checks. This role allows flexible working from home and in their southeast head office.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager you will be responsible for:

Liaising with hiring managers to understand job briefs and provide updates

- Advertise vacancies

- Phone screen candidates

- Conducting interviews

- Providing shortlist

- Email and database management

- Other recruitment related tasks as needed

To be successful in this role you will have

- Previous end to end recruitment experience in either a not for profit or health related industry

- Understanding of health related roles and terminology

- Confident liaising with staff and candidates at all levels

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work autonomously

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Valid police check and working with Childrens check
