THE ROLE



As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of end user and systems operations support and join a supportive Information Technology team.



Duties will include ad-hoc end user and desktop support via the Service Desk, calls or in person, systems operations, records administration as well as second level technical support.



Your responsibility as an IT Service Desk Analyst will be to deliver high quality customer service to support the business throughout the Firm.



You will need to be willing to work on a 24x7 after hours support rotating roster (including weekend and after-hours support), for which all work is remunerated.



YOU



To be successful in this IT Service Desk Analyst position, we require to have:



- Working knowledge of MS Office and Windows



- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and operate calmly under pressure.



- Exceptional customer service skills.



- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
