This growing building organisation is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to start immediately for at least the next 6 months

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for

- Resume screening

- Phone screening

- Organising interviews

- Conducting reference checks

- Document management

- Communicating with candidates and hiring manager

To be successful in this position you will have

- Previous HR or recruitment administration experience

- Professional presentation and communication

- Ability to work autonomously

- Confidence to make candidate selection decisions

- Intermediate MS Office skills
