Swinburne is embarking on an exciting journey, working towards our new vision of bringing people and technology together to build a better world. As the Transnational Education (TNE) Project & Support Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative and academic projects relating to international education and course delivery through partnerships, and provides support to other staff who directly manage partner relations and academic delivery. This role works collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of a small and friendly team that is passionate about contributing to Swinburne’s vision and deliver our 2025 Strategic Plan.

About you

To be suitable for the role you will have:

- Experience in providing project and administrative support across a range of concurrent projects.

- Excellent administration and organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to plan projects and to prioritise multiple tasks with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

- Proven ability to contribute positively to and work cooperatively within a team environment.
