About the role
Right now, we are looking for professional and dedicated Administration Assistants to join our Community Health and Wellness Team at The Pines, located in North Plympton.
Responsible for supporting the Health & Wellness (H&W;)
administration team across a variety of day to day administration tasks, working in a dynamic and flexible environment for a leading provider of community aged care services.
Tasks may include front of house and telephone reception, assisting with rostering, supporting the day to day administration of innovative program and project initiatives, and other general back of house administration.

With your excellent customer service, strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills, your bright and friendly disposition, immaculate grooming and exceptional telephone manner, you will build and sustain positive working relationships within the team and with other staff members and customers.
The role requires you to be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to use database and procurement systems for booking, reporting and administration purposes. You will require knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience working in an allied health or medical practice that offered multi-disciplinary service opportunity is essential.
