Working as part of the Macquarie Asset Management team you will primarily focus on extensive diary management including arranging meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties and responding to invitations along with international and domestic travel. This key role will also be responsible for organising face-to-face and online roadshows, maintaining client contacts & database typing and formatting documents, including papers, letters, presentations and other communications (Word, Excel, Power-point).



You will be a highly experienced Executive Assistant professional with Investment Banking or Funds Management Industry experience. To be successful in this role, you will have high level attention to detail,

intermediate to advanced level of skill and knowledge in Microsoft applications including advanced level of PowerPoint proficiency. You will have confident and professional the phone manner along with an ability to liaise and communicate in a clear and articulate manner at all levels.



Having a proactive mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills, and commitment to integrity are essential.
