The Opportunity:

A newly created opening,

the NSW Business Development Manager will be instrumental in maximising their new vision and further growing their profile, reputation and success in the state, plus reach interstate depending on the opportunity.

Your accountabilities will include:

Using your sales knowledge and flair to develop business, open doors and ultimately win and expand the Victorian business with a particular focus around clients in the commercial property and corporate real estate sectors

Dividing your efforts between expanding their service offering and potential with existing clients as well as prospecting for new clients, promoting a fully integrated self-delivery model

Attending networking functions, hosting client events and developing creative ideas to engage with your target audience

Working closely with the National Sales Director and team and the State Manager and Proposals Manager to develop strategic sales solutions to secure profitable business locally and nationally

Maximising the use of SalesForce to establish market trends and prospects and maximise your sales pipeline

Contract values can vary but could enter into the $millions demonstrating their capacity and financial security

We Invite You To Apply If You:

Have success in selling service solutions within the facilities services industry, either integrated or hard and soft services

Are self-motivated, goal-oriented and target driven to meet KPI's and sales targets

Have a flair for being solutions focused and can identify the 'pain points' for a client and creatively resolve their problem

Are relationship-focused, looking at creating sustainable, long-term relations rather than one-offs

Have some exposure to operations and are educated in FM or Business to at least Diploma level
