About the role

As our IT Services Support Officer, you will be part of a team that provides customer services and Level 1 technical support to all Treasury employees (3,000)

across multiple regional locations and sites. Bringing a strong customer service focus you will be renowned for your expertise with stakeholders asking for you by name.

Provide IT Services support via telephone, email, walk-ups, chat, self-service, and any other method of communication created for support interaction

Maintain enterprise solutions for supporting Windows 7/Windows 10/ MAC OS/ iOS operating system and application platforms

Deliver assistance with desktop, laptop hardware, printing, server connectivity, operating systems, related utilities and associated business and IT applications

End to end management of tickets across all IT disciplines ensuring issues and requests are reviewed and actioned in a timely manner

Provide IT guidance with collaboration and meeting event tools

On Call/After Hours/Weekend support is required working against a 24x6 rotating roster for relevant staff shifts

About you

You will bring with you technical experience that comes thru working on a Corporate IT Service Desk with exposure to desktop support technologies (such as hardware, software, printing, basic networking, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Office 365 and End User Security) along with a customer focused approach.

Experience in technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident management within the end user environment

Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool

Strong focus on Customer Service Excellence and providing a positive employee experience

A+ certification, HDI support center analyst certification, Computer Degree and/or ITIL certification would be highly regarded
