About You



Maybe you have just left university and are looking for that foot in the door, you have been working as a client service manager/broker assistant/loan processor and want that next level up or you are wanting to return to the work force. Coordinating and executing is in your DNA and now you want to join a team of like-minded and energetic people. Life experience is just as relevant as industry experience, and you are hungry to learn and become a high performing super star.



Whether it be in your work, studies, or hobbies, you have always had a sense of urgency that sees you push to get an outstanding result, even when there might be obstacles in your way. You have a natural ability to organise yourself and work well with others to achieve a common goal.



Finally, your clear communication skills mean you are easy to understand over the phone or email and with your hawk-eye for detail you pick up any inconsistencies in information easily. A client is always at the centre of your thinking.



About the Role



The role is focused around coordinating and delivering an outstanding experience for our clients engaging the services of our award-winning mortgage brokers.



As the key intermediary between our brokers, lenders, and the clients themselves, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional stakeholder experience whilst providing administrative output of a high calibre.



Reporting to the Operations Team Leader you will be joining an expanding team, where you will be:



- Coordinating the end-to-end mortgage process for a client from loan submission to settlement (centralised point of contact)

- Actively working with all key stakeholders to achieve the finance and settlement deadlines

- Orchestrating missing information requests and addressing application discrepancies to obtain loan approval for your customer

- Delivering an exceptional client experience through providing regular outbound communication ensuring your clients are up to date with the status of their loan



Selection Criteria



We think our next employee could come from almost anywhere, but industry experience will take you far! What is most important is that you can tick the list below:



- You have proven customer service skills

- Stakeholder coordination experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Outstanding attention to detail

- Financial services experience would be highly regarded but not essential (we’ll teach you the ropes).
