Celebrity Speakers is one of Australia's leading Talent booking agencies, established in 1978. We work with former Prime Minsters, Australians of the Year, and high profile media, sporting and entertainment people. We book them for Speaking, MCing and entertainment at live and virtual events run by Companies, Associations and Government agencies throughout Australia.

This role coordinates the logistics of the booking arrangements between our Talent and clients. This involves you gathering the booking details from the client and the appearance requirements of the Talent. Creating and issuing the confirmed booking details with Invoice. You will coordinate travel arrangements for the Talent, pre event briefings and post event wrap up.

You are the primary person communicating directly via email and telephone with these people.

While it's expected that you will be capable and experienced to do this independently with skill and nuance, you will have the support of an Account Director and the Managing Director when required.

We require someone with the following attributes;

- highly organised and efficient, with an eye for detail.

- excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Numerate

- positive attitude with a customer service, solutions focused mindset

- Ideally, previous experience as a Coordinator or sales / admin support role in a service based industry.

Working Monday to Friday, Full time, flexible hours (ideally 37.5 hours)

We currently work from home.
