Essential requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills & bright personality

- Highly organised and committed to meeting deadlines

- Motivated in evolving their work practices as technology changes

- Ability to work autonomously when required and strong attention to detail

- Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office.

- Previous experience with MYOB AE would be preferred but not essential.

The role entails the following duties:

- Daily receipting and processing EFTPOS payments

- Daily ATO lodgements

- Client communication in relation to their client accounts and debtors statements

- Reception phone relief duties during lunch hours and if the receptionist is on annual leave or personal leave

- Database management - including adding clients, updating client records and processing no longer clients.

- Maintenance of engagement letter registers and associated tasks.

- Scanning of client records and other general duties as required from time to time.

- Working closely with the Practice Administration Manager on tasks when required.

The role is a full time position with the opportunity to develop your current admin and accounting skills.
