Your responsibilities...

- Solution sales-consulting to builders, architects and trades

- Building long term business relationships with leading builders, contractors, specifiers and construction organisations

- Maximising sales opportunities by seeking new markets and capitalising on existing markets

- Consultative selling, providing advice on products, applications, plans, designs and aesthetics

- Network extensively in order to uncover opportunities ahead of the competition and be the go-to person in this market

- Project management and being the central point of contact

- Promoting product range through trade shows/exhibitions/seminars etc

You are someone with...

- Demonstrate an ability to obtain sales via tenacity and be proactive

- Key account management and working strategically inside an account across all touchpoints

- Persistent, driven and organised

- Ability to see an opportunity and do something about it

- Computer Literate, intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM

- Just as comfortable in an architectural office as you are on-site wearing steel-capped boots!

- Strong networking skills

- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key clients instantly and for the long term

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
