Brand Collective

At Brand Collective we are all about the development of #winning ideas and then bringing them to life! This is something we continue to strive towards with our iconic stable of apparel and footwear brands including Superdry, Mossimo, Elwood, Volley, Clarks, Hush Puppies, Shoe Warehouse, ELWD Workwear, Julius Marlow, Elka Collective, Grosby and Shoes & Sox.

Our team like to give conventional thinking the bird. We are empowered to own our decisions and learn from the outcome. We push each other to be the best that we can be. We know how to laugh at ourselves and each other. Our people ask questions. They think outside the box. They ask how we can continue to do things better.

They make no apologies for cutting through red-tape and they believe in the greatness of the rewards that can be reaped from working together. These are the kinds of people that we look for when we bring new talent into our business.

The opportunity:

- Ensure recruitment processes are in line with company policy and approval requirements and fulfil all legislative requirements.

- Ensure compliance with all Right to Work requirements, including visas, with all our new starters.
