The role

The Onboarding Coordinator works within the Operations team. As part of Operations you will be focused on solving challenges for our clients and casual workers (Sidekicks). We move fast and we’re always thinking about innovation and process improvements.

As one of the first points of contact for Sidekicks you’ll excel at helping people, working closely with new Sidekicks to develop their profiles and helping them successfully navigate our platform to get their first job.

What you’ll do:

- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to determine candidate and platform suitability

- Conduct skills testing to ensure successful candidates are of the highest industry standards

- Give Sidekicks an excellent understanding of how to get the most from the Sidekicker platform

- Assist Sidekicks with the onboarding process by providing phone support - including explaining the platform and aiding in profile completion

- Running small to medium onboarding presentations to successfully reviewed Sidekicks

- Assisting the recruitment team with key recruitment drives

- Hustle! You’re adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in ambiguous circumstances

- A dedicated people person with a hospitality mindset and a passion to serve our workers

- A solid comfort with numbers… some might even say ‘data-driven’

- Time management skills and prioritisation are your bread and butter

- Beautiful verbal and written communication skills

- A light-hearted, friendly approach - you’ll be a face of the company after all

- Experience working in recruitment or a passion for this area

- Experience working in small teams where you’re always happy to be hands-on

- Confidence using a variety of technology systems
