Your next opportunity

Our People and Culture team are growing,

and we are looking for a  HR Business Partner Lead  to join the team in a newly created role.

The role has 3 key focus areas, Business Partnering, Team Management and Project Management. You will :

- Managing the day-to-day HR operations via the HR Business Partner model. 

- Lead the People agenda, directly business partnering with the Chief Retail Officer and extended senior leadership team.

- Act as a trusted advisor while equally balancing the day-to-day operational requirements. 

- Develop the overall HR Business Partnering strategy with an ER/IR focus and providing operational support for management.

- Coach, develop, and mentor the HR Business Partnering team whilst ensuring a culture of team engagement, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

- Collaborate with the broader People & Culture function on People initiatives. 

We are looking for a pragmatic, resilient and optimistic operator, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive change, you'll also have:

- Demonstrated experience a fast-paced, multi-site business, with exposure to all facets of the employment life cycle

- Strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people

- Proven experience interpreting Awards. Understanding of the General Retail Industry Award advantageous

- Confident and competent in managing complex Employee Relations matters

- Proven experience managing significant change management projects including leading end-to-end restructure and redundancy processes

- Excellent organisational skills and high level of attention to detail

- High level of confidentiality
