Job Description

Leverage experience and strong competencies in coaching, facilitation, and training when partnering with clients to execute and refine their organizational transformation roadmap. Serve as a trusted advisor for teams and stakeholders and ensure healthy business performance as well as delivery excellence.

Skills –

Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.

May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed,

adapting existing methods and procedures. Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.

May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Authority (Power to influence or complete assignments independently and ability to make decisions as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision-making ability)

Requires guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.

- Agile Coaching • Support engagement discovery and initiation activities. • Demonstrate awareness of the Agile coaching competencies of teaching, mentoring, facilitating, and coaching. • Develop awareness of when mentoring competency should be used to offer information, when to answer questions, and when to guide others to find answers. • Find opportunities to step in as a neutral facilitator by creating space for others to own the content and guiding to desired outcomes.

- Delivery Excellence • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment on how to meet the client's needs and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. • Develop awareness of service offerings and how they are applicable to the context of clients.

- People Development • Find opportunities to be an advocate for Business Agility capabilities when collaborating across the ecosystem. • Support team members on embracing an Agile mindset and successfully employ Agile practices. • Lead by example by demonstrating Agile values and principles through interactions and activities. • Develop awareness of how failure is a learning opportunity. Partner with others to recognize moments where failure enables growth. • Begin developing self-awareness and self-management. • Seek opportunities to mentor colleagues within their engagement teams and across the communities.

Salary range for this role is $96000 - $14200
