About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Talent Acquisition professionals at all stages of their career journey. Whether you are just starting out in recruitment administration or are a leader in talent, we would love to hear from you. Regardless of your role, you will partner with our business leaders to develop innovative and modern strategies to attract and source high calibre talent into UQ. You will provide advice on process, procedures and strategy to hiring managers and stakeholders on delivering a candidate centric talent acquisition process aligned to best practice.
Our team is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, renowned as one of Australia’s most attractive university campuses, and located just 7km from Brisbane’s city centre. Bounded by the Brisbane River on three sides, and with outstanding public transport connections, our 114-hectare site provides a perfect work environment – you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a vibrant campus with the tradition of an established university.

You will be an adept communicator with the ability to translate complex position requirements into tangible and marketable concepts. Your ability to build lasting and credible relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders will be critical to your success. Strong organisational and time management skills, and a passion for fostering industry leading service delivery will be among your strengths.
Skills and experience using eRecruitment systems like PageUp and/or Workday will be highly regarded.
