About the role:
We've created a new role in our dynamic and growing Cyber & Technology practice to work alongside an A-class team of lawyers.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in cutting-edge privacy regulatory and litigation work, supporting our local and global clients.
We are looking for an experienced Litigation resource who also has demonstrated experience on Cyber, Technology & Privacy matters for the insurance market. Incident Breach response work is an advantage!
Perform legal research
Client liaison and advice
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Read and interpret case law and prepare case briefs to counsel and experts
Participate in business development activities
Prepare responses to complaints and discovery requests
Organise case files and maintain documents
