As part of Transport for ,

our Maritime team is responsible for managing over 2,137km of coastline and 32,242km2 of navigable waterways.span class="preg">-re passionate about working with the community to make sure that our waterways are safe, accessible, and sustainable for generations to come.gt;



The opportunity



The Maritime Infrastructure Delivery Office MIDO is responsible for the coordination and delivery of coastal and boating infrastructure programs and projects across that support recreational boating, fishing, tourism, and a range of other commercial activities.gt;



Right now, we have an opportunity for a Finance professional to join the MIDO team.Program Manager MIDO Finance, a successful candidate will be working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to deliver and manage the financial aspects of multiple complex projects.s role will provide expert advice to facilitate the delivery of strategic priorities, drive efficiency and improve business and customer outcomes. role also provides financial governance and control to ensure that the reporting structure is reflective of operational activities and performance, and is aligned to financial reporting protocols within Transport.itional accountabilities will be but are not limited to;



Ensure financial reporting dimensions for initiatives and projects are up to date and reflective of operational activities to inform reporting and decision-making.pare budgets and forecasts for relevant programs and projects and keep up to date with regular cyclical revisions to ensure accurate reporting.ve end-to-end process improvements and establish clear pathways to achieve improved customer and business outcomes across various TfNSW business units and key stakeholders.vide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives, and other priorities.elop and maintain a good understanding of industry trends and practices and Government policies and regulations and apply these to improve project outcomes.pare and provide regular reports regarding project progress and financial performance, and contribute to the development and implementation of clear, thorough, and client-centered project documentation to support informed and accountable decision making and a clear understanding of project risks and successes.gt;

About you

Possessing a combination of strong stakeholder management, collaboration, negotiation and communication skills as you will be required to regularly consult, coordinate and persuade a variety of different stakeholders.gt;

Salary and Benefits



The salary for this position is Transport for Grade 9 $138, - $155,309 per annum plus superannuation.gt;
