Scope and Responsibilities

Provide HR services for business units in the WA region manufacturing, mining services and labour hire.iver projects and improvement activities as part of the national HR team,

Drive talent management encompassing workforce planning,

talent review, succession planning, engagement and retention and performance management,

Workforce planning and HR operations -mapping out current and future needs

HR Solutions - identify and overcome challenges in all HR areas.ilitate appropriate strategies/solutions,

Injury management - bring together management, employees, insurer, and treatment providers.d external stakeholders accountable,

Workforce planning & HR operations - map outsho w current/future needs could be met, direct recruitment on priority positions, provide data tracking

Employee Relations - Provide accurate and detailed reasoning behind recommendations/actions that are appropriate to the circumstance business needs and legal considerations.negotiations,

Campaigns - promote awareness through the company of campaigns such as R U Ok day, International Women's Day, World Day for Safety and Health at Work, Mental Health Day,

About you

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role,

Degree level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent discipline,

Extensive knowledge and experience with Enterprise Agreements Awards, and common law contracts and fair Work commission matters,

Strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders,

Be able to travel to site where overnight stays will be required from time to time,

Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
