About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and clerical services,

as well as providing support and quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders who call or visit our Edwardstown Office. 

As Administration Officer, you will be the "face of CLO" as first point of contact for all external visitors and enquiries, therefore you will be a shining example of customer service and will present yourself positively and professionally.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring the general office administration requirements of the CLO office is met, including replenishment of office supplies, equipment and other general shared administrative functions

General Reception duties, including operation of telephone system and ability to screen calls, the taking and passing on of messages, appointments

Welcoming visitors to the office and refer to appropriate person.

Organising catering for relevant meetings

Data entry including record and file management

Contributing to the preparation of financial reports

Taking and distributing minutes for meetings as required

Other duties as directed within the role of Administration Officer

Qualifications & Essential Licences:

DHS/DCSI (Disability-Related) Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening

Current Driver's Licence

Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant field

You will also possess:

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role

Effective time management and a high level attention to detail

High level of initiative, knowledge and skills to achieve results in line with the organisation's Vision, Mission, Values and Code of Conduct

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with staff at all levels, clients, professionals, other agencies and the general public
