Provide high-level professional administrative support to the Executive Director, People lture, including but not limited to; coordinating briefing materials suring that the Executive Director People & Culture is well prepared for upcoming meetings; providing high level expertise to the broader Leadership Team on assigned projects; preparing non-st reports; preparing high quality correspondence esentations erseeing the implementation of decisions nominated by the Executive Director, People & Culturep>

Under limited direction, triage ED P&C nbox, applying an underst of stakeholder issues iorities to make informed decisions to appropriately manage competing diary requestsp>


You will have had experience supporting a HR Executive u have high-level Confidential skills e able to prioritisep>

You are able to develop strong working relationships across all levels within an Confidential You have sound knowledge of Confidential Office suite of tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Progression towards a Human Resources qualification a Certificate III in Business Administration is well regardedp>
